This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“Student” or “Purchaser”) purchase and use the educational workbooks created by Stem Cell Tuition Ltd

1. Purpose

You are purchasing a digital or physical workbook designed to support your preparation for OCR A Biology (or other specified subject/exam). These workbooks are crafted using professional experience, past papers, examiner reports, and teaching expertise.

2. Licence of Use

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the workbook for personal educational purposes only.

  • You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute any part of the workbook in any form, whether digitally or in print.

  • Any use outside of personal study (e.g., posting online, sharing with classmates, or using for teaching/tutoring without written permission) is a violation of this agreement.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All content remains the intellectual property of Stem Cell Tuition Ltd

  • You acknowledge that the materials are original works developed through significant time, effort, and expertise.

4. Refunds & Delivery

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds are provided unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

5. Disclaimer

  • These workbooks are designed to aid revision but do not guarantee exam results.

  • While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the Provider is not responsible for any exam board changes or errors in external materials used to inform content.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐24 Mar 2024 Has been extremely useful, I feel much more comfortable going into my exams now thanks to Stem Cell Tuition. Get taught a lot in lessons and do many questions too, and then a lot of past exam questions get sent over for homework which keeps me on my feet and if I ever need help I can ask and I always get a reply straight away. Amazing tuition and I genuinely HIGHLY recommend.

He also gives you general exam tips which can be applied to all your a levels. The price is also very good, with one free session per week!

Stem cell tuition is the best tuition out here you get so much support. As well as learning the content required you are shown how to answer questions and how you would approach them. The teachers teaching skills are really amazing the way they teach the content is really easy to understand and it really sticks with you. Since 6 form is really independent work based getting tuition has really benefited me for it gives me extra support. I highly recommend this to anyone.
