I am Jason, trading as Stem Cell Tuition. I am the data controller responsible for your personal information.

I only collect the personal information I genuinely need to provide tutoring. This may include:

• Information about the student (year group, subjects, and any relevant learning needs)
• Details needed to arrange and deliver lessons
• For students under 18, I also collect parent or guardian contact details

I do not collect any unnecessary information.

How I use your information

I use your information only to:

• Provide tutoring services
• Communicate with you about lessons, scheduling, and progress
• Fulfil the tutoring agreement between us

I will never:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose
• Use your data for profiling or automated decision-making
• Contact you for any reason other than delivering the tutoring service you have requested

Your data is used solely to support the student’s learning.

Sharing your information

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. The only exceptions are where strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, secure email or video platforms), and even then I only share the minimum information required.

How long I keep your information

I keep your information only for as long as it is needed to provide the tutoring service or to meet legal obligations (such as tax or accounting requirements). When it is no longer needed, I delete it securely.

Your rights

• The right to correct any inaccurate information
• The right to ask me to delete your information

If you want your data removed, just let me know — I will delete it promptly (unless I have a legal reason to keep it, such as financial records).
